Hello

I see Sophie at the Gait Lab, based at Parkside hospital.

http://www.thegaitlab.co.uk/clinics.htm

She is a brilliant podiatrist and has done my orthotics (now on my second pair) for the past 5 years. I have seen her post-knee op, and post-children for updates as my shoe size changed after children. She has always been great. Not cheap but worth every penny for doing sport etc.

As a seasoned runner I am absolutely convinced (from personal experience and from my own research) that custom made orthotics are a big waste of money.

Can anyone recommend a local shop that does custom made orthotics for runing trainers? Mine are a decade old and giving me blisters. Thanks!
