SWFit Mums Exercise Class & Creche
6 week course for £100 inc. class & creche
Starts 20th January from 9:30 - 10:30
Meet at the creche, then to the park for an hours fitness class for toning, fat burning & general fitness training.

Booty Barre
Starts 7th January from 1pm drop off at The Babydrop then down to FybreFitness Hub
Pay as you go, £10 for 1 1/2 hrs at creche & £15 per class
6 session class booking is £72 (without creche)

Booty Barre Express
Starts 9th January from 1pm drop off at The Babydrop then down to FybreFitness Hub
Pay as you go, £7 for 1 hr at creche & £12 per class
