Hi there,

I'm an ex-City lawyer, and I have just set up a local practice specialising in litigation and employment law.

I'm particularly interested in sex discrimination issues (unfortunately all too common), and I would happily have a chat with you without charge. You can call me on 07855 493075 if you like.

All the best,

Florence

Paul Daniels at slater gordon. I used him when I left my company. He'd give you a quick free session/cht but if you used him he'd obviously want paying.
Good luck

Employment lawyer?

Is anyone an employment lawyer (or know one) that would be able to give me some advice (preferable free of charge!)?

My previous employer maternity policy meant I had to stay for a year or repay my OMP. However, once back at work I wasn't given any decent projects or work to do so I left rather than take a backwards career step by staying. I now have to repay the OMP, which I understand, but just wanted to know if I might have any form of constructive dismissal claim so I could argue the repayment of the full amount (I've so far paid back half).

Thanks
