Sorry for the delay in response, yes we found a lovely family who have taken him on, he lives very close by and we see him regularly. He's very happy in his new home. Thanks for asking about him xx

Hi Nonies... Just thought I would revisit this post and see if you found a new home for Alfie?

We live just opposite Wandsworth common on Windmill Road. We have been thinking of having a dog for a while and looked after a pug at Christmas (Tiberius) and all got on very well. We have four children between the ages of 5 and 12 and I am at home during the day. If you are still looking, please get in touch. Alison.

Hi,
We have just met Alfie on the common and we instantly fell in love with him. I have four children (13,11,10 and 9) and a five year old black labrador called Ben. We have been thinking about getting a pug for a while now, however I was hesitant to go through puppy training again. Also as I am adopted myself, it would feel 'right' to adopt a dog. I know there has been lots of interest in him, but please let me know if you are interested.

Thanks,
From the Mcleod family :D

We have just lost our beloved fur baby! We had our Golden Lab for 11 years. We have plenty of space and love to give and would love to welcome Alfie into our family. We live directly opposite Wandsworth Common.

PM if you think we could help.

Thanks

Hi,
My name is Sarah and I live in Wandsworth. I also have a pedigree black Pug, a boy called called Doug . I love my little Pug more than I can hope to express with words but I certainly have more love to give. My two children are now 12 and 15 and they adore Pugs as much as I do. I do work (term time only at a secondary school) however my Mother Pug sits four days a week for me. Please email me at sarahmcinally.home@gmail.com if you are interested.
Kind Regards,
Sarah Mcinally

It is with huge heartbreak that I am writing this post. We have a beautiful black pedigree Pug named Alfie who sadly needs a new home.
He is everything a Pug should be, laid back, adorable, a little lazy, loving and very soppy. He just turned 5 at the beginning of March and we have had him since he was a puppy.
We have sadly been struggling to devote to him the love and time that he truly deserves, I am now pregnant with my second baby and my husbands job also means he is away from home a lot more, I know this means I will only have less time to devote to the dog and it saddens me deeply.
Please can anyone who has space in their home take on our little Alfie, he doesn't require much as his favourite hobby is sleeping, just lots of love and fuss and cuddles. He really deserves to be with a family who can shower him with time and affection.
Please email me if you think you can help xxxx
