Pricey, I know, but I bought a pair of Frame jeans from Matches this weekend and it hid my mum-rum and made me look about a size skinnier so I'm delighted!

Topshop joni ankle grazer(in black) is flattering and reasonably priced and doesnt look frumpy at all. I also have some pounds and inches to lose and working on the mum tum so don't want to pay to much for jeans right now.

I agree with the previous poster who mentioned pilates. Worked wonders for me after first baby and getting there second time round.

Donna Ida are also great for denim advice. They have their own brand of high waisted skinnies and they also sell the j brand Maria which is nicey but pricey.

Dr Denim are brilliant if you are looking for Skinny jeans. Their "Plenty" jeggings come in at £40 and look every bit as good as the £200 James jeans I bought them to replace and so far have lasted longer too! Not sure if there's anywhere that sells them around here but they have a great website if you Google them...

There is a brand of jeans called Salsa they have a high waist and are specially designed to push the tummy in. Here's a link to them:-
http://www.salsastore.com/en/index.php?id=11&s=1&bs=1
They don't look so good on the hanger but they look great on.
Also on the high street, Top Shop Leigh are worth a try, they are described as mid rise but I find they come up higher than most other brands. The fabric is very similar, if not the same, as J Brand's.
If you are looking for designer, then Paige as suggested, are good. J Brand's 23110 Maria high-rise skinny are great if you have slim legs but they don't come cheap at £230!
Hope that helps

Depending on your budget, you could try Paige - some of their styles have a wide waistband with two buttons on which is great for tucking a mummy tummy into. I find the staff (particularly the dark skinned lady) at Questionnaire on Northcote Road brilliant at advising on what will work for you.

Hi - Next do some high waisted jeans which are cheap and flattering. Also M and S have 3 styles aimed at different body shapes - not sure of the other names but I'm a Marilyn and they work really well as well
Best wishes

Jeans to hide "mummy tummy"

mums of SW london, i need help! Can anyone please recommend some good, high-wasted jeans that are be high enough to hide a mum-tum but not look like some hideous 80's Dallas tribute. Jeans are a wardrobe staple and post baby, the old cuts and makes I used to wear just aren't flattering anymore. Advice greatly received. XXX
