for the past couple of weeks I've been doing a a drive about in Wandsworth for anyone who wants to donate and can't get to a drop off point (or is like me and always forgets). if you'd like me to collect more than happy to do so - just message me.

Foodbank Supermarket Collection (Sat 29 Mar, 10am-6pm)

This Saturday, foodbank volunteers will be inviting shoppers at Wandsworth Sainsbury’s, opposite Southside, to donate emergency food from a ‘foodbank shopping list’ to help local people in crisis.

Also you can always leave food at St Marks Church Battersea rise as reception is open 9 to 5, Monday through Friday with parking right outside its modern entrance in Boutflower Road. :D

Good Afternooon

Just to let you all know that there is a Wandsworth foodbank drop off point inside the Salvation Army shop at 199-201 Wandsworth High Street. We are open 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

If you have a large amount to donate, call 0208 871 1812 and we should be able to collect. There is also parking space behind the shop off Broomhill Road

Wandsworth Food Bank?

by stayathomemuminsw11 » Sat Nov 16, 2013 9:23 pm

Does anyone know where to donate food to Wandsworth Food Bank? I've had a look online, but it only lists the places where the actual foodbanks themselves are, rather than places to drop items? I'm sure I remember seeing, for example, a trolley marked 'Wandsworth Food Bank' in the hall bit at St Lukes, but I don't want to put stuff in there if it won't be collected.

Any ideas? We've got several tins and jars which we won't use, and I really, really don't want to throw them away.

Thanks.
