I am a qualified reflexologist with over 10 years experience. I live in Wandsworth and have been offering reflexology for many years.
I specialise in pre natal, post natal and general well being - if you are in need of some deep pampering and need to put your feet up then reflexology is for you. It can also re- balance all the systems in the body in a gentle yet effective way.
I am also a very experienced yoga teacher and have worked with a wide variety of clients. I am a mother of two and vouch for yoga putting me back into shape after two births.

I offer home visits and bring all the equipment I e yoga mats, blocks, straps to you....
