We are moving in the next month and cannot bring our lovely outdoor children's playhouse with us. It is four years old, well-loved and needs a bit of TLC (and probably a new wood treatment) but is still in great shape.
Specifically, the glazing sheets for the windows are now missing and we had to cut a couple divots in one piece of wood to make it fit around a pre-existing polls, but everything else is in good shape.

I have the instruction manual saved as a PDF.
If you are handy, can come take it apart (in the next couple weeks) and put it back together again, then it is all yours!
My children, now 8 and 7, have absolutely loved playing in it with their friends.
