How about a vintage wine or champagne from the year they were married, assuming it was a good one.

It's not silver but would this appeal?

You can then personalise it with what you gift inside. I have loads of pictures, but here is just one!

If they enjoy the garden you can buy special addition roses and put it in a lovely pot for them. We got a 'Ruby Anniversary' rose for my in laws and they loved it, especially as it's something they can enjoy year after year and watch grow. I'm sure a simple 'silver anniversary rose' search on google would give you all the information that you need, or a visit to your local garden centre.

25th Wedding Anniversary gift

We have been invited to celebrate our friends' 25th wedding anniversary. Have been able to carry out some research on the internet but have not found anything that stands out. It obviously has to be silver, but many of the items I have seen are more suitable for the couple to gift to each other. Does anyone have any ideas? Flexible about budget, more looking for originality. Any ideas would be welcomed.....Thank you :D
