Small HypnoBirthing group classes are run for mums and their birth companions (or mums on their own) close to South Kensington tube station. Next dates: June 2014: Monday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th from 7-9:30pm. Research has shown that spreading the classes out over several weeks ensures that maximum benefits are gained.
Private sessions in your London home may also be available.
It is recommended to start the course anytime from the 20th week of pregnancy onwards. The earlier, the better, as this allows more time for the daily relaxation practice which is key to HypnoBirthing.
