Pixies was excellent for all three of my children. It is a lovely nurturing environment and I always found the teaching staff and helpers to be wonderful. Miss Alison is still there and when my children bump into her now they beam with excitement because they still have such fond memories of their time at Pixies and of her. There are other excellent teachers there as well. I also felt it prepared them for starting primary school and gave them an excellent foundation to build upon. They made learning fun and I don't think my children ever realised that they were learning, but they were. They made excellent friends, some of which are still my children's best friends even though they went on to different primary schools and now secondary for my eldest. Early years education is a springboard to a successful academic and social life in school and Pixies gave all three of my children that. They have continued to thrive. I am very grateful my children attended Pixies. It is just what a nursery should be, gentle, caring, fun, and with some numbers and ABC's thrown into the pot.
