I am looking to sell a 2 bed garden flat and came across your posting and website, which I thought was excellent by the way. I was just wondering if you would be so kind as to give me some feedback as to how the process of selling a flat yourself went from your perspective and whether you managed to sell it privately rather than through an agent.

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. As I said, I thought the way you marketed it yourself via the website you set-up was very clever and I hope you managed to get what you wanted out of the process, a sale!
