It is a wonderful nursery and I have only ever heard great things about it. They also work with us and the NCT and we run regular evening First Aid courses there.
Amazing facilites

My daughter have been attending the nursery since one year, with the new and the previous manager.
I can assure that there has been no turn over at all of the stuff.
Where did you get this info?

Every morning she is so happy to go to the nursery!

The only problem is that they close at 6:00 pm. 6:30 would be so much better for working parents.

My son has been attending KU Northcote Road since February and I couldn't be happier. Even though he only attends once a week, he has made some fantastic progress (walking, feeding himself etc). The staff are brilliant with him as well as the other children in his room (Baby room 2). The facilities are fantastic (big outdoor area, onsite kitchen, large rooms) but book a tour and have a look for yourself. I looked at 2 other places nearby and (personally) KU was miles above the others.

Agree 100% with previous posters. Gareth, the manager previously, was very switched on and efficient but Marie the current manager is just lovely and tries very hard with no complaints or problems at all. Lydia the deputy manager is super efficient and very lovely and they are all very flexible and do things above and beyond. Agree that there has been no staff turnover at all since we've been there from Jan this year. My little boy settled in very well and the facilities are great, new, clean and he loves the garden and pet rabbit. He would have moved on to a Montessori at aged 2 though for more structured learning. He is there 2 days currently.

Hi,
It is a really nice nursery overall.
I liked the previous manager better but the new one is trying hard and has an amazing deputy manager.
There was NO change in staff since the old manager left, not sure where you got this information.
I personally know the staff in the preschool and baby room and they are very good. I cannot comment on the toddler room as I don't know them there.
If you get a spot you will be happy there.
Also, you might be lucky as some people have moved recently and might have new spots coming up .

Thank you firsttimer. It is good to know. I have been told that since the previous manager left, the staff turnover has been really high and it was not as good as it used to be so just wanted to double check.
Thanks

It's amazing, the facilities are brilliant. Outstanding ofsted. You can call them for a tour, I'd do it asap as there is a year long waiting list.
