I've been going to CORE for about a month now for equipment pilates classes and really enjoy it. They're just off of St. John's Hill, on Sangora Road. The website is www.coresw.co.uk. What's great is that the classes are small - only 3 people to one teacher and it's personalised to your body. I think it's worth checking it out.

I second the recommendation for Pilates for Posture - I've been doing their classes for a couple of years too and my husband recently signed up for an evening class. The business is run by 2 local friends and has a welcoming, friendly feel to it.

I would really recommend Pilates for Posture (http://www.pilatesforposture.com). I've been doing classes with them for a couple of years now and all the teachers are just brilliant. They have quite a few classes each week in a variety of locations - several of which start around the time you're looking for or later.
