You should go to Jacqui Miele on Hillier Road. She is fantastic and I really look forward to my classes there. Lots of hard work on the pilates interspersed with quite a few giggles and gossip. I teach Pilates in various locations in the vicinity of Northcote Road - The Roundhouse off Battersea Rise, Clapham Common Westside at the top of Broomwood Road and by Wandsworth Common train station.

I have some classes specifically 'just for mums' - general and postnatal classes (which you can bring your baby too) as well as some general mixed ability (beginner to intermediate) classes. The 'just for mums' classes are gentle, building up gradually, and focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and the core muscles.

I also teach in Earlsfield and Colliers Wood.

I go to Bliss Pilates and definitely recommend! Shereen is very nice and an excellent teacher. small groups of max. 4people, many different times possible and quite flexible!
