Hi everyone,

I'm local to Clapham South and have some friends coming into from the States for a 3 month period (11 August to 10 November) - the husband is in opera and has a show in October/November. They need a furnished place to stay during that time, ideally near to Northern Line or a train station into Waterloo.

It is two of them plus a toddler and a 6 month old, so a 2 bed is ideal, preferably a place that is easy to get in and out of with a pram. They can probably make due with a good sized 1bedroom if all else suits as safe location, price, and accessibility to the West End are the priorities.

Most short term lets I see are priced assuming a super short stay (e.g. minus 1 month) rather than a 3 month one, and although the theatre gives them a housing allowance it won't stretch far on the raised weekly rates.

Any suggestions?
