We are a small but very busy classical musicians agency based near Clapham South tube and looking to appoint an efficient, enthusiastic administrator to work on all aspects of artist management. The role will involve liaising with artists and promoters to produce detailed artists itineraries (travel, hotel, work permits, rehearsal schedules etc), assisting our book-keeper to produce artists' statements, dealing with publicity and helping with general office administration. The business is owned by two local mothers and this position could well suit someone local returning to work after a break although it would need to be for a minimum of 6 hours per day, 5 days a week.

A passion for classical music is essential. The right candidate must also have excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, be a calm, lateral thinker with a can-do attitude to problem solving, pay attention to detail and have fluent IT skills.
