I can highly recommend a local lady - Sara Austin. She only did the makeup but did a great job on myself, my mother and three bridesmaids. I believe she does offer hair services as well. She offers both standard makeup and airbrush. Her prices were competitive for the service offered and on top of that she was really lovely.
