We have a 1 bedroom house to rent with a garden which will be ready by then to rent out. It is currently under refurbishment. It's based 5 minutes walk from Balham tube/train station.

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are looking for a studio or 1 bedroom flat to rent at the beginning of December 2014, preferably next to a train or tube station as I have to travel to Central London to work.

We are both full-time employed professionals, we don't have pets and we arent smokers either.
