I also had my phone stolen from one small step as I had left my bag on the back of the pushchair!!! Obviously would never leave it again!

I also had my phone, cards and money taken out of my bag and purse from the cinema! They had crawled under the chair and actully taken out cards etc that they wanted and put the purse back!!!!

Some horrible people in this world!!

I was in one small step today on Northcote rd today after school. I am VERY aware of my belongings etc and would never leave them unattended... I was sitting on the bench while my girls tried shoes on. My rucksack was on the floor leaning against my leg. 10 mins later, when I picked it up to pay the zip was open and the 2 purses inside were missing... As the bag never left my side, it looks like someone crawled underneath the bench from the other side and unzipped it. Apparently it's happened before in there, and several times on Northcote road in general. So I will be keeping my bag on my lap from now on. Sadly there was no CCTV inside the shop, but then the thief probably knew that...

I've also heard it happens a lot at cineworld at southside and until today, thought 'what a ridiculous thing to say, it couldn't possibly be true' well after today, I will be keeping my bag on my lap at the cinema too... Just in case
