We used Chelsea Flooring Company two years ago for Karndean in the downstairs and bathroom - would highly recommend them and still looks great.

As the posts above, make sure that they are Karndean accredited installers,
If not any warranties are invalid.

we used Admiral Carpets in St John's Hill when we had karndean installed over a fairly large area in the flat we used to live in. We loved it; it totally changed the look of the room. It has now weathered 3 years of tenants and is still (touch wood) looking good!

Hi - Universal Flooring fitted our Karndene recently. They put a latex screed down first then the 'tiles' the next day. Word of advice - if you are putting in units on top of it, insist the floor is out down first. I tried and my builder said he new better. In fact he didn't know what Karndene was. When it came to it we paid extra to have it laid over the weekend at very short notice. They usually have a lead in time of about two weeks. We are really pleased with it. We have York Stone Knight tile with 3mm chalk design strips. Everyone, even the most discerning, have thought it is stone. AND it hides the dirt !! My Mum has Oak effect and hers is also very realistic. Hope that helps.

Hello all

I'm interested in putting Karndean down in my home but I've heard you must use an experienced fitter. Any recommendations?

Thanks
