Could anyone recommend a solicitor/lawyer with an expertise in leasehold issues. We need someone to help us with a number of issues relating to our share of freehold with our neighbours. We are looking for someone with particular knowledge of the landlord and tenants act, as we are currently seeking our joint freeholders consent to carry out a loft conversion.
