She specialises in high standard patisserie products (so in case you are looking for a great looking, delicious home-made cake, Raffaella is great!). She also does savoury canapés, mainly pizzette (small pizza's of which the puffy pastry is home made from scratch), small Panini (small sandwiches using home made bread), sausage rolls with an Italian twist, home made grissini with parma ham, sun dried tomato focaccia etc. Typical Italian style rustic canapés.

The website doesn't show all her options, so the best thing to do is to phone/email her to discuss your options.

I would really recommend Chilli Bees Catering who did my 40th and are brilliant.

I received an email from them this week about their home delivery service for Christmas and the canapes sound delicious - 100 cocktail sausages with honey and herb glaze £20, 80 mini chive blinis with smoked salmon or caviar for £15, 40 parmesan biscuits with cream cheese and sun blush toms for £8..etc. Struck me as great value (especially knowing how good they are!). Hope that wasn't just a special offer for existing customers...!
