Looking for a nanny for nanny share

Hello - we are looking for a nanny for a nanny share for two babies - 5 months and 10 months old in SW11 starting January (or mid-December.) We are looking for someone who is completely fluent in English (Turkish a huge plus), ofsted registered with all the necessary licenses (first aid, etc). Will also need references. Thank you.
