Whitgift in Croydon does, as does Royal Russell. Interestingly the former, which is a boys only school, often has to arrange exchanges with female students from abroad as there are more female participants than males. They also, do not tend to exchange with solely one school for a particular language and year group they move around - great way to visit more of the country, maybe less so in terms of developing a life long friendship. However, I might be biased as I am still in touch with my German exchange partner 30+ years on...
