Clarks at Colliers Wood?
If I suspect my son is about to grow out of his shoes I often order a similar style online from them when they have a sale on and then take them in and the staff will happily check that they fit and if not you can return them while you are there. Think the refund policy is pretty generous (28 days?).

You can even buy a measuring guage from Startrite: http://www.startriteshoes.com/fitting/measure-at-home

We have one, brilliant!, then you can do online ordering a bit more confidently, although this will be Startrite's measurements, which I think are slightly different from some of the other company's.

JL is a good idea thank you.
I don't mind travelling into town but would rather not drive too far. Was hoping to incorporate some exercise into the trip...

John Lewis usually have a good selection of shoes including Clarks.
Or...if you know the size you are looking for, you can find lots of brand new startrite shoes on eBay or Amazon xx

Hello

Can anyone recommend a good kids shoe shop with a decent variety of footwear? (Trainers, sandals, other summer shoes..)?
My kids have had one pair of trainers all winter and I think it might be time to replace them...
I don't mind paying the cost of a small island for one pair but as they need more than one then One Small Step and Trotters are out.
So lots of variety and not overly expensive would be great. At the moment I'm thinking a big Clarks store (bigger than CJ anyway) but would welcome other suggestions.

Many thanks
