Bermuda Day with Travel Matters

by Karen Simmonds » Tue Apr 21, 2015 11:57 am

“Oyez Oyez Oyez! – Join Travel Matters Saturday 25th April from 12.30pm to 4.30pm for our Bermuda Day promoting the oldest British colony in partnership with Classic Collection Holidays.”

The Town Crier for Royal Tunbridge Wells, John Scholey, who has visited Bermuda will be promoting the event on the streets of Balham during that time and the Mayor of Wandsworth will be opening our event at 12.30pm. We will be joined by the Bermuda Tourist Board and the Bermuda High Commission.

Why not pop along to join us to learn more about the oldest British colony, an idyllic, sub tropical destination just 22 miles long and 2 miles wide with glorious pink, sandy beaches and turquoise waters. We’ll be serving rum cake and a punch as well as being there to answer your questions about this beautiful holiday destination.

You will find us at the Balham Library Hall, 16 Ramsden Rd SW12 8QY, close to the library, next to Waitrose.

We will have the lovely ladies from Sorbet Towels join us, showcasing their new clutch bags and this seasons’ new range of coloured towels. We are pleased to be joined by local author, Graham Simmonds, who will have the Treebillies Collection books on sale too.
