Every November is charity make a will month so for a minimum charge £125 you get your (simple) will done. Google Will Aid and you will find the deal. We used a solicitor in Wimbledon. Worked out perfectly. Two short visits to TWM Solicitors (7-9 Queens Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 8NG

This year we vowed we would make a will - it's already June and we haven't done anything about it. First step: find a recommended local solicitor who can help us write one! I don't think we need anything particularly complicated, but we do need to cover guardianship of the children etc - I imagine this should be standard stuff for a solicitor/will writer. Can you recommend anyone in the Clapham/Battersea area? Thank you!
