Not sure of the correct name but try what I think is called the mobility centre at Sainsburys , Garratt Lane. They were happy to lend a wheel chair for the weekend to my friends elderly mother .

Sorry if that's a stupid idea but it was the first that came to mind!

My elderly dad is visiting on holiday. Does anyone know where I can hire / borrow a wheelchair locally for a couple of weeks to help him get around?
