We are a group of 3 young professionals looking for an affordable 3 bedroom flat/house to rent in SW London (Balham, Clapham, Tooting, Wandsworth, Streatham...) from early September. We are very responsible, hard worker and like to spend time hanging out with our friends (no party animals).
