Very nice and professional team! Apart from major building works they offer also maintenance services so it was brilliant that apart from the extension (which is now in progress), they also could fix a leak in the bathroom and repaint the walls. I would strongly recommend 'Exceed' Builders. I live in Teddington and had a kitchen extension, with super smart bi-fold type doors built on the back on my property. The whole team were excellent. And none of the nasty snagging problems some people get!

Hi, we are just at completion of our kitchen extension with bi-folds with a company called green construction who I'd highly recommend - they've been absolutely fantastic, the team have workedreally hard and it's all almost complete in 8 weeks!!
Build team have been managed really well and they've been really great at helping us manage living through the process with baby and 2 cats
They're local - putney / southfields based and have been doing work around here for 30 odd years. I'm super glad I found them after a LONG search!

We searched for builders for months, meeting around 12 altogether before finding the ones that are doing our project.
There are lots to avoid due to their ridiculous costs and also it's amazing how many don't want to do proper quotes too.
A decent builder will spend the time with you going through everything that you would like to achieve and source the best items for you to use, at the best price.
Select your architect carefully as many will charge a lot for not doing much.
Have some good drawings done and then get a confident builder to project manage as it will save you lots of money too.
