Re: Back pain

Battersea and Wandsworth Chiropractors were very good for me, although no home visit as far as i know.
What i found with back pain is that the best things that really helped were exercises - tailored to you. I had issues for about 3 years after the birth of my 1st son. I had NHS physio, private chiropractors and i did pilates every Saturday. I know that exercises are the longer term plan because if you are in pain you need help asap. But it works in the longer term. I don't have back issues anymore and the time i would have never thought that i would.

PS whoever you choose please ensure that they are qualified as the back is very tricky and as you will probably know osteopathy and chiropractors can make issues worse.
A qualified physio has spent years training and had to undergo experience is various departments in hospitals before deciding on their speciality.

I can highly recommend Eva Woods who does home visits and brings her bed.

She is one of the physio's at Chelsea FC, extremely knowledgable and very personable too.

Both myself and my husband have been seeing her at our home (myself for back issues) and I cannot recommend her enough.

I can recommend a physio called Nicole Lazo. Not sure if it is ok to paste a link here, but you can contact her via her website: http://www.ladiesrelaxation.com/

I have been getting deep tissue massages for recurrent back pain from her since the past 1.5 years now.

Hi there
If you are still looking for someone then let me know as I do home visits occasionally. I am a female osteopath based in Clapham. I can bring a portable plinth or work around what you have at home. Happy to supply more information if you would like it - please let me know.

I don't think many places will do home visits unless you've got a proper massage bed?
If you can travel locally, BodyLogic on Battersea Park Road are fantastic. Can't recommend them enough.

I realise you asked for home visits but if you're prepared to travel I can recommend Putney Chiropractic on 0208 785 6144.
