We used KFH, who were good and professional. Whatever you do, do NOT go with Barnard Marcus. They will try to lure you in by giving you very high valuations. They had our place on the market for months and months and had us locked in to them exclusively. We had to pay them an 'administration fee' when we switched estate agents. Our fault for not paying enough attention to the smallprint, but the KFH terms (which we did read carefully) were a lot more reasonable and the team so much easier to deal with (more courteous, etc).
