Yes, yes, yes! My Very Favourite Nursery Rhymes by Tim Hart and friends - proper English folk singers doing all the traditional rhymes, lovely to listen too. If you want something a bit more funky please try Sandra Boynton's records. They are really brilliant - top musicians singing children's songs written by Boynton who is really funny - for grown ups too! Blue Moo and Philadelphia Chickens are my favourites and you can get them with the book of lyrics too, my kids love them. I like 'I Want to be Your Personal Penguin' sung by Davy Jones and 'One Shoe Blues' sung by B. B. King!

How about The Wiggles? Also, They Might Be Giants have some great albums for kids. They do letters, numbers, science (bit older) and just general nonsense.

The Tin Pan Annie ones! I had them on repeat in my car for about three years and there was enough variety not to go totally mad!

Hi NVN
Can anyone please recommend some CDs for my two year old daughter please.
We have the Blueberry Playsongs CD and Margot is simply brilliant captivating and creates variety - I've since bought some from ELC and they're not great, all sung the same no variety in speed or expression and mostly so fast and manic my daughter struggles to sing along.
I've checked amazon for the high star rating but would prefer some NVN recommendations - or if anyone selling some as kids grown up I'd love to but them
Many thanks
