Lucy Pilkington is brilliant- she helps teach at our Doctor and Daughter antenatal classes in Balham- she is also a trained natal hypnotherapy teacher- very highly recommended. She may have some contacts for post natal doulas for twins so please do contact her.

Hedger - hope you dont mind me also asking a question here re Doula recommendations.

Can anyone recommend a Doula (for post-natal care) with some experience with twins? Specifically I am looking for someone who can be around to help me get to grips with breastfeeding in particular. Have lots of family support so dont want a full time maternity nurse/nanny but would really love to have someone to be available to help us settle in in the early days....

Can anyone recommend a good doula? Preferably one with some knowledge of hypnobirthing. Thanks!
