We are taking a friend's au pair on holiday with us for a week. We are obviously paying for her flights, accommodation, food etc.. but I wondered what you pay her on top of that? I'm expecting her to babysit most evenings and to do around 4-5 hours childcare (shared) during the day. I have three children. Many thanks for your advice in advance.
