Looking for a nanny or a nannyshare

Hi

We have two children, a girl aged 3 years and a boy 17 months. We are looking for a nanny or a nannyshare to commence in December. We would like a nanny Mon-Thur from 8am to 6pm. We are flexible as to whether the share is at our house or the other family's. We live near Tooting Bec and would like a family who live close by as my daughter attends nursery so a local family would be ideal to facilitate drop offs and pick ups at nursery.
