I ended up getting the bugaboo one with the seat and it's been completely worth it! My three year old loves it and it has saved me buying a double buggy :)

Thanks for the replies. Lascal looks good - it's 50% of the price of the bugaboo.

Not sure whether to go for the Mini or the Maxi though. Has anyone got experience of both?

Hi, both the Lascal mini and maxi fit the Bee. We have the mini for our Bee and it works very well. I believe Lascal have now brought out a version with a seat though we don't have this.

In fact I chose the Lascal srover the bugaboo board because of reviews saying the bugaboo board is too long and you tend to kick it or have to walk to one side. The Lascal mini doesn't have this issue.

Hope that helps

Hi, we have the Lascal version which, from memory, was slightly cheaper. It's been on the go for 3 years now and has plenty of life left in it. Whilst they are expensive, they are fairly hard wearing.

Buggy board question

Hi. With a new baby due soon I was going to buy a buggy board to go on our Bugaboo Bee but was surprised to find that they cost £90 if you buy the lastest Bugaboo model! They also come with a seat attached (you can take this off if you like) which seems like overkill... I had in mind a simpler contraption which my toddler would stand on for short journeys and which wouldn't cost £90!

Was wondering what others have bought in the same situation? Is there a generic brand buggy board which would do the job instead and save me some money? Or perhaps you'll all tell me that this Bugaboo version is fabulous and worth paying for?

Thanks in advance
