Yoga with Mindfulness for Tweens and Teens
Yoga with mindfulness is a unique 3 week programme for young adults from 10 years upwards
These classes are all about providing this age group with specific tools and practices for
[*] regulating their emotions
[*]increasing concentration and focus
[*]inspiring confidence and wellbeing
[*]improving sleep and promoting relaxation and calm
[*]gaining deeper self-awareness and self-acceptance
[*]improving physical and mental strength and flexibility
[*]developing kindness and compassion towards self, others and the world around them.
We start with fun, flowing sequences to warm up
the body, followed by restorative yoga postures. There
will also be breath work, relaxation techniques and creative activities that encourage co-operation and trust.
The programme begins on Saturday 5th December 5.00-6.00
