Hi all, I wonder if any of you could provide any more feedback for Greg and his company Urban Oasis, especially if you had work completed by them, would you still recommend them with the benefit of hindsight?

We have shortlisted them to carry out the work for us but there has been lack of reviews or their information online. Much appreciated.

We used Urban Oasis for our front and back gardens and then recommended them to our next door neighbour. They did a really good job on tiling both our front gardens with Victorian paving and building our front wall. I watched the tiler at work and she was excellent fitting the pieces of the small tiles. They also rebuilt our front wall as they weren’t happy with the first few rows laid. The only downside is that they didn’t properly finish off our neighbour’s back garden despite numerous calls and requests. Greg can be very unavailable at times. I would ensure you don’t make any final payments until you are entirely satisfied the job is finished.

Could anyone tell me if you had a good or bad experience with Urban Oasis. eg timings, quality attention to detail etc. Thank you in advance.

I emailed him this morning and just got a reply saying he's free to go ahead so that's promising

I had Greg around to our place btc in October to quote for some work. It did take a while to get a quote back from him but i did get an email early November. I have also just sent him an email late last week but hadn't even thought about trying to chase him yet. I imagine they are quite busy. Good luck and I'll be following this thread for an update.

Quick query re Urban Oasis garden company. I am trying to get hold of Greg regarding his quote to no avail! Has the company ceased trading - does anyone have any info?
They came highly recommended for restoring / improving front gardens so am at a bit of a loss!
