Childcare help over Easter holidays HELP

We've been invited to a wedding in Thailand on the 2nd April next year but there is one small catch - it's not child friendly and would mean a lot of travel in a week for our two children who are 3 and 1. For this reason we are looking into childcare options rather than dragging the kids along too!
Luckily my mother in law lives nearby and is willing to look after the children but at 71 and living on her own she does need help. Does anyone know of any agency/nanny who might be worth speaking to? An au pair or mothers help might be ok as its alongside her but she would need someone to stay with her in her house in Clapham South/Nightingale Triangle for the week and be on hand for the majority of the time. We could also consider a nanny being based at our house with sole charge of the children but with her helping out on a daily basis. Please do let me know if you have any recommendations many thanks and Happy Christmas
