I will be looking to go back to work from February. I work for myself as a Marketing consultant and live in Balham.

I am looking to arrange childcare for my baby. She will be 4 months old in Feb. I can be flexible on days/ times as I may have the opportunity to work from home on a couple of the days- it depends on my next long term contract.

The most important thing for me is to find a wonderful nanny or childminder who I feel comfortable with and has a similar view to me in terms of childcare. I am looking for someone responsible, fun who will engage with my baby, take her to Rhyme Time/ the Park/ provide educational stimuli and most of all, someone who loves babies and the joy that they can bring. Your attitude and outlook is the most important thing for me. Once I find the right nanny, I can be flexible on hours/ days etc.
