Dear READERS, I have just had this great cleaner in my house crying after a first trial and she didn't pitch for the second try out. Because 'LUCY IS A FRAUD.' Turns out Lucy was created as a fake reference to help cleaners get a job.
For some wonderful reason the trial cleaner came back to me this morning explaining that Lucy Dobsen was created as a fake reference.
I would then assume that the Lucy who has posted this 'GREAT CLEANER POST' is also a FRAUD.
BE AWARE NVN READERS! Don't make the same mistake I did!

Thank you for posting this recommendation. We are looking for a cleaner to help us out once a week for 3-4 hours. We live in Balham and can be flexible on scheduling but would prefer to have a set day and approximate time each week. Would you be happy for us to contact your cleaner directly? Does she have email? It would be great to get an additional reference as well. One last question - is she ok with pets? We have a small dog and 2 cats but they are very low key and shouldn't impact her work at our house in any way.
