Hi,

My husband went to Vicky Newbold for advice. He found her advice really helpful. You can find out more about her practice at: https://www.vickynewboldnutrition.com/

Good luck

Hello,
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist based in South London. I offer personalised and tailored nutritional advice to help my clients achieve their goals. For weight loss, I offer various programs, one of them being the Metabolic Balance program, which is an effective and scientifically proven weight loss program that aims at restoring hormonal balance where weight loss almost comes as a side effect. For eczema, nutrition can help in many ways, a full personal evaluation of your condition would help me put together a plan to help. If you wish to contact me please do not hesitate to look at my website:www.justforyounutrition.com. I have 3 children myself, which makes me completely aware of how hectic life can get!
Kind regards,
Aurelie Cellier

I'm currently working online with Anna Marsh http://annamarshnutrition.co.uk
I'm in the online group coaching program http://theladiesthatlift.com
She provides you with a personalised macro nutrient breakdown depending on your exercise regime and your other circumstances, works on you with weight loss, mindset, stress, hormone issues and all sorts. She also has training programs of you want to change up your exercise.
This is her latest blog with a few links to some of her webinars outlining what she does, her approach etc.
http://theladiesthatlift.com/2016/02/11 ... your-diet/
The link in there is how to lose 2 stone without dieting or restriction.

Basically since November I have lost inches all over and about 1.5 dress sizes and I am constantly eating. Constantly. I'm really pleased I'm working with her and highly recommend her - she has the whole package.

Nutritionist recommendations please

Hi there

I would love some recommendations for a local nutritionist please. Specifically I'm interested in weight loss but also nutritional therapy to combat eczema. I am looking for someone who can work with me to create a nutrition/weight loss plan that works with my lifestyle and my family - I live in a house full of hungry boys so there is little point in suggesting courgetti spaghetti and raw cacao balls as suitable sustenance ;)

If you've worked with anyone yourself or can recommend anyone I'd love to hear, I've read about lots of different places/people but I'd like to start with personal experiences please.

Thanks!
