He tends to train on Wandsworth Common rather than Clapham, but he specialises in pre and post natal exercise and is GREAT. He has also just opened a gym next to Wandsworth Common station which is lovely.

You can do training in small groups or 1-1. The group sessions are £20 each so is a much cheaper way of personal training.

My trainer is called Ed and he is fab. Firm but not pushy-he will tailor your session to suit you. I hate jogging so we don't do much of that-lots of abs work and boxing which is great. I loathe exercise but i am really enjoying my sessions with him. I would highly recommend.
