Thanks Helen

That's very helpful

We will be looking for a nanny from mid July - to commence a two week settling in period with the 3 and 1 year old boy before we start work in August.

If any nannies are interested in this position could they please private message me with cv and salary expectations

Thanks
Mary

I can recommend Willow Nanny Agency and Wimbledon Nannies. Nannytax is a company that does nanny payroll etc.
The going rate for a decent nanny is around £10 + net per hour.
I have worked for a nanny for many years and have never had any employer contribute to my pension.
I am sure other nannies will be able to add further information.
I hope all goes well with your move to London

Nanny Advise please help - moving to London

Hi

Myself and my husband are moving to London in the summer. We both have busy jobs and will need a nanny from 7-7 each day Monday - friday.( live out )

We are hoping to live in the East Dulwich area.

Can any nanny / family advise

How much this would cost approx per year - either net or gross or preferably both.

We would like the nanny to have minimum 3 years experience.

Is there anything else we have to pay - like pension for nanny?

Can anyone recommend a payroll firm?
And a nanny agency?
And where to get a nanny contract.
We have employed a nanny before but not in the UK and we have never lived in the UK before

We have two children - aged 3 and 1.

We have no family in London and busy jobs so what do we do if the nanny gets sick? Are there agencies we can call? Any recommendations?

Any advice welcome please. Thank you
