I didn't use a separate architect firm with Clapham Construction because the main guy Jake was knowledgeable and had very good ideas. Sometimes architect firms can complicate things but I guess it really depends on the conversion company you use.

We are also considering a garage conversion. Do you know whether an architect is needed as well? If so, can anyone recommend one? Thanks!

They are a smaller company in SW11 and focus and had the price of all the quotes I got. The owner is always on site too, which is a great bonus.

Good luck!

Garage conversion??

Hi there guys, can anyone recommend a good garage conversion company. I have had one quote already and it was for £15k for a standard garage conversion, no ensuite or bells and whistles. Does that seem pricey or is that the going rate. Any help would be greatly appreciated
