I think it all comes down to the people.

However my neighbour has just rented out his place out using Hamptons and although they liked the people his reason for going with them was a wider reach as he looked at all their branches and then built a spreadsheet (not kidding but he is an analyst) and reckoned they'd "reach" more people.

I know this because he goes on a lot and he told me last night whilst moving boxes.

His place rented out quite quick so don't think he regrets it.

:-)

Experience of renting through Hamptons or Knight Frank?

Hi,

We are going to be renting out our house and have spoken to Hamptons and Knight Frank. both seem to have fairly similar offerings and a similar price and both the people I met seemed really nice and professional.

Be really interested in any views on either of these companies both from a landlord and renters perspective...

Feel free to PM if you prefer. Thanks so much!
