We enjoyed villa pia in Italy last summer. No kids club, but focused on toddlers and offers babysitting. It is pretty inclusive as catered 6/7 days and quite full on as dinners are communal. It's set in beautiful countryside, a short flight but transfer may be up to 2hrs depending on airport). It's on baby friendly bolt holes. Good luck with it!

European vacation with an active toddler

We are flying in from the US in July and are looking to spend 5 days potentially somewhere in Europe. We don't want to fly as far as Greece so 3 hours max and want to go somewhere our toddler can run and enjoy himself. A beach would be great but my husband isn't against mountains either. We don't need all inclusive or a kids club but can anyone suggest some places? I've looked on baby friendly boltholes and nothing is jumping out. If I can't find something I may suggest a trip to Montauk instead.
