Hi,sorry to jump on but I've just seen the recommendation to contact me put on here (thank you!) Just to let you know firstly that there are definitely avenues you can go down with your husbands work situation which is not a problem for me to help you with...I am an independent 'whole of market' mortgage and insurance broker so have access to all lenders, and secondly my number has changed to 07958 753584. I would be very happy to have a chat anytime. Many thanks, Pam.

My husband has his own company and we changed our broker to Jamie Chapman who works at CMG advisors. jchapman@cmgadvice.co.uk
He got us a great deal when we moved house, better than anyone else could have, he basically opened up options which our previous advisor couldn't do.

We used Pam Farmer last year and she saved us quite a bit of money off of our monthly payments:

Pam Farmer CeMap
Mortgage Adviser
07434 958169

She's lovely and knows her stuff. We didn't have a Director issue but it's worth giving her a call.

Hi, we are due to renegotiate our mortgage two years after buying our house. Our previous broker wasn't great and in any event our situation has changed so we would like to find someone else.
The main change in our situation is that my husband who was an employee two years ago is now a company director (of his own company). He has held this position for just about a year, which is not much from a mortgage provider's point of view.
Has anyone been in this situation or could recommend a broker who would find us amenable banks or mortgage providers?
Many thanks
